London, 19 February 2026 - Climate Group is thrilled to welcome Emma Cox to its UK Board of Trustees. Ms Cox brings a wealth of corporate climate and sustainability knowledge with her, after a life-long career at PwC where she focused on these issues for over a decade.

As an experienced UK deals partner and accountant, Ms Cox initially led PwC’s UK’s Sustainability and Climate Change practice, with a team of over 100 UK based experts. After that, she became PwC’s Global Climate Leader, driving the delivery of its client-focused global climate strategy. She advised businesses and governments on climate, sustainability and urbanisation-related issues, including adaptation and resilience of corporate supply chains.

“Through much of my career I have focused on how to drive positive impact: which levers create or destroy value, and how can public and private finance be leveraged more effectively to deliver for both the planet and society”, Ms Cox said. “It’s now more urgent than ever that we harness all the tools at our disposal to scale and accelerate systems change. I’m excited that Climate Group is focused on the industries that really matter and I’m looking forward to bringing my experience to help drive and scale action on these critical global challenges.”  - Emma Cox, Member of the UK Board of Trustees, Climate Group
